A sound bath is a deeply relaxing and restorative experience designed to support relaxation, nervous system regulation, and deep rest.

For this special outdoor experience, you can choose between sitting on the creek bank, taking your chair into the creek, sitting by the crackling fire (which might be a little hot in July!), or lying in a hammock. You will be immersed in the healing vibrations of crystal singing bowls, chimes, drums, and the sounds of the forest creatures. We might even get lucky enough to hear the resident owl.

As the sound bath comes to an end, the fireflies will be emerging. You can relax and enjoy the peace, beauty, and amazing community.
