IMpower is a women only experience created as a space to reconnect with your body, your sensuality, your confidence, and your personal power alongside a community of women doing the same.

Through music, movement, somatic release, feminine embodiment, and sisterhood centered connection exercises, you’ll be invited to let go, take up space, express yourself, and explore what it feels like to be fully present and at home in your body.

There is no performing here. No need to look, move, or be a certain way. This is a space to be seen, supported, celebrated, and empowered, both by yourself and by the women around you.

The name IMpower is a play on the word empower, but with a deeper intention. It’s a reminder that empowerment isn’t something someone else gives you. It already exists within you.
