Sound Bath for Nervous System Reset

This trauma-informed sound bath offers a gentle space to rest, regulate, and release. Using crystal singing bowls and grounding tones, the experience supports the nervous system in settling out of stress and into a state of ease. Participants are invited to rest comfortably and follow their own needs—movement, stillness, or quiet reflection are always welcome. Zero-gravity chairs are available in limited quantity for those who prefer additional support. No experience is necessary. This is a practice of receiving, allowing, and reconnecting with the body in a safe, supportive environment.
