Somatic Yoga Workshop

Somatic Yoga is a slow, nervous-system-centered practice designed to release chronic tension, improve mobility, and restore your connection to your body.
Instead of stretching harder or pushing deeper, we use small, intentional movements that retrain the brain-to-muscle connection. Over time, stress, injury, and daily life create subtle holding patterns — tight shoulders, gripping hips, jaw tension, shallow breathing.
Through gentle, floor-based movement and breath awareness, we create space for those patterns to soften.
This workshop blends science-informed nervous system regulation with mindful movement in a grounded, welcoming environment.
