In this 90-minute guided journaling workshop, local author-artist Sarah Champion will lead participants through breathwork, writing prompts, and a closing ritual drawn from her journal, The Righteous Rage: 26 Letters of Feral Fire & Fury.

Participants will: (1) Explore three guided journaling exercises, (2) Learn practices to regulate the nervous system and safely engage with intense emotion, (3) Leave with a copy of The Righteous Rage journal to continue the work at home.
